Paolo is part of the project’s ATT-SEA Fellowship where they examine policies and programs related to illicit tobacco in the Philippines. He is an early-career development researcher and manager with a specific interest in health systems and implementation research. He serves as the Project Manager for the rollout of a PhilHealth Benefit Package under the Alliance for Improving Health Outcomes, and as the Project Officer of the Philippine Society of Public Health Physicians (PSPHP). Paolo has supported policy dialogues, project analysis, and planning for the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC) and the Regional Tobacco Control Networks with national government agencies.
