Lester is part of the project’s ATT-SEA Fellowship where they examine policies and programs related to illicit tobacco in the Philippines. He is a consultant at the Alliance for Improving Health Outcomes (AIHO) and Physicians for Peace (PCP) where he works with various policy projects funded by DOH, PCHRD, WHO, and UNICEF, among others. Lester obtained his medical degree at the University of the Philippines Manila (2005), Masters in Public Health at the University of the Philippines Open University (2010), and MSc in Health Policy, Planning and Financing at the London School of Economics and Political Science, and London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (2011).
