Mr. Sevilla was a former Bureau of Customs Commissioner of the Philippines from 2013-2015. Previously, he served as Undersecretary for privatization and corporate affairs at the Department of Finance and was also an Executive Director of Goldman Sachs, and Associate Director and sovereign rater of Standard & Poor’s Rating Group. He graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Economics and Government, and holds a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from Princeton University.
